When a portable hard drive happens to be lost, you would hope you have encrypted the disk, and you would desperately hope you have a backup for the disk.

Run the programme, choose the drive to want to back up and click ‘.img’
Choose the source and target drive. The back up will be saved as an image on the target drive.
After all, it is just a free edition aiming at data rescue and eventually tempting you to use those paid editions. You may find it incomprehensive, and the images are relatively larger in size. For higher performance and more functions, you can check out those paid versions.
